Recipe: Queen of Scots
Ingredients
- 1 tsp. Sugar
- 2 tsp. Water
- 1 tsp. Lemon juice
- 2 oz. Scotch
- 1/2 tsp. Green Chartreuse
- 1/2 tsp. Blue Curacao
- combine, stir until dissolved
- stir, pour into cocktail glass with ice
