Recipe: Queen of Scots

Ingredients
  • 1 tsp. Sugar
  • 2 tsp. Water
  • 1 tsp. Lemon juice
  • 2 oz. Scotch
  • 1/2 tsp. Green Chartreuse
  • 1/2 tsp. Blue Curacao
Instructions
  • combine, stir until dissolved
  • stir, pour into cocktail glass with ice
